RSS University is Rowley Spring and Stamping’s innovative way to further the manufacturing education here in Connecticut. We believe that one of the biggest challenges facing the manufacturing industry today is the shortage of skilled workers, which is the result of a lack of courses being offered to those who are interested. RSS University is here to change that!

Our mission is to educate and provide the necessary skills to anyone who is interested in a career in manufacturing. Manufacturing today is a lot different than it was 10 years ago, and we need an education system to teach the necessary skills required to work in today’s manufacturing environment.
